Top Gun 1 Maverick or Goose HGU-33 movie accurate helmet stickers

This is a movie accurate decal set for the TOP GUN (1) movie HGU-33/P flight helmet as used by Pete "Maverick" Mitchell (Tom Cruise). 
NEW! You can also choose the GOOSE sticker set by selection in this offer. (Wich at least is the same set, just with blue instead of red stickers and the letters GOOSE)

The decals are made out of high quality 3M film which was cutted on a professional plotter with CAD vector data, degridded and QC by hand. All stickers have movie accurate shape - we haven`t seen anything on the market which is closer to the movie prop than this set. (To explain... there are many TopGun Maverick or Goose helmets out there, but most of them aren`t correct. Long-nose or short nose eagles, small eye eagle, to thin or to small stripes, cheap film which darkens because dark blue helmet color shines through aso.)

The sticker size is ment to be used on a HGU-33/P size Medium or Large (can be selected).  The stickers can also be used to decorate a bike helmet or similar.

Complex parts, like the visor shield are easy to handle, due to spacer stencils, which will help you to get into the correct distance. Spacer stencils are made out of colored film, which is ment to be removed after finishing the attachment of the red and white film. There are more of the red and white stripes than needed, so there is enough space for "try `n error".

Important: The decal set is for replicas of the first movie helmet - for TOP GUN 2 (Maverick) stickers are completely different, even if they look similar - they can be found in our stock too.

Please notice, that there is no instruction manual existing. You still need to cut the single stripes into correct length and attach them on the correct position. To get a movie accurate helmet you need to have medium skills in working with such materials. As written, this is ment to be attached as it was done on the original movie helmet. We added many pictures of our helmet to this offer, so you can use them as sample/manual. Each cut, distance between stickers aso. you can see on our helmet is based on research of many pictures and movie scenes of the original helmet. So if you orientate on our pictures, you will come as close as you can to the original helmet.

Attachment Tipps: 
1.) Attach the white eagle on the red surface eagle first. Do this on a flat surface with soap water sprayed on, so you can move the sticker on the other to the correct position. Slightly press out the remaining soap water between the stickers with a squeegee.
2.) Use regular paper tape to create refference lines on the helmet for better orientation. (Start with visor, which is better to get into it)
3.) Attach all stickers with soap water sprayed on, so you are able to (re)position them.
4.) Use our yellow space stencils for the visor. (Really do, this saves much time and you will have a much better result) You can see how it must be attached in the picture with the stripe arrangement.
